Welcome to the Deen + Gray online shop (www.deenandgray.com). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from www.deenandgray.com. Please note that your use of our www.deenandgray.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
Deen + Gray respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we don't store your full credit card number) is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
Deen + Gray products displayed at the Site are available online and may be available at select stores listed in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
Purchased items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Sale items may take from 2-4 weks for procesing and shipping. You will receive tracking information upon shipment, and please allow up to 1 week for delivery to arrive. If you have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify us firstname.lastname@example.org. For an expedited response please include ("Delayed Order") in the subject line.
For your safety, Deen + Gray will only deliver to the address listed through your PayPal account and Deen + Gray will not be held responsible for mail that's delivered to an incorrect address. You can, and it is highly recommended that you confirm the correct mailing address is listed with PayPal. Deen + Gray is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
For orders placed outside of the U.S. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping is included for jewelry, please see individual listings for scarf shipping costs. All shipping charges on site are only applicable to customers within the United States. Shipping for sale items will incur a flat fee of $6.00 per item, and up to $0.25 for each additional item, unless otherwise noted. For customers outside the United States, please email email@example.com, as shipping costs must be calculated on an individual basis.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate
ALL SALES FINAL. At Deen + Gray, we strive to produce quality products that stand out above the rest. However, we understand if you just aren't satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we can arrange for an exchange. You have up to 10 days upon receipt of your item to return it for an exchange or for store credit.
You, the buyer are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with your exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance is recommended for returned items. Should you decide against Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, Deen + Gray is not responsible for items lost upon return.
